As for repairs done in the Northwest we had the slide floor replacement done at Northwest Coach in West Olympia. They did a great job on our trailer for a fair price.

MDL, did you get any feedback on your suspected frame issue? We have a 2012 3100rl. There is approximately 1/16 - 1/8 separation in the lower part of the front cap seam on the door side and also some buckling of the closest wall at the floor that butts up to the washer/dryer closest.

Thanks
Steve

and off to the races

Been dealing with my frame flex issue since the beginning of January of this year and STILL can`t get Camping World and Keystone on the same page. Both blaming the other for delays and the lack of qualified workers to deal with this. It`s not rocket science and I would have had it repaired in 2 days but I was told if I touch it warranty is void. Not sure I care at this point, what good is a warranty if they don`t fix it.

I had this happen to me on my 03 and took it to a shop. The frame broke and was shoving the interrior wall ujp distorting the dresser and closet. They fixed it with better welds. Told me that Keystone knew of the problem I paid $1,500 to get it fixed
