Overhead fan switch location

Still getting the bugs out of 2014 MK3735.Does the overhead paddle fan have a remote switch or does it only operate from the chain pull switch?

Ours has a large rocker switch on the control panel that goes to the fan.

I see a control for the vent fan but nothing for the blade fan.
Thanks for the response.

Ours is an older model but also has a large rocker switch. Much larger than any other switch.

That makes two, I think mine has been messed with as that larger switch on mine controls the led strip under the awning. Time to open up the fan.
Thanks,
Dave

2012 and 2018

Our 2012 and 2018 models both are controlled by the rocker switch in the control panel. Sounds like someone may have hijacked yours for another use.

Thanks, I think I know the culprit. Will get my electrical tools out and check things out.

the fan is 110/120 and operated through a standard household rocker switch, probably on the left side of the panel with all the other switches. And, it's probably not labeled, but it's the only household switch there.

Thanks for all of the great responses. I hate to admit that after 3 months in this unit, I finally took a good look at the panel and discovered a rocker switch that controls the fan. After taking part of the fan apart, I looked in the panel again and there it was!. A retired EE and master electrician duh! My wife is still chuckling about this one. I just growl and say it was hard to see.

Don't you hate it when you do things like this!!! I can look for something in the house or frig and can't find it. Wife comes and finds it in 15 seconds!

When I bought our trailer new in 2007, I had a problem with refrigerator intermittent operation on electric. Sometimes worked, sometimes not, for no obvious reason. Took it to dealer and it wasn’t working. Tech worked on it for a while and could not get it work. Discussing it with the tech and what I had experienced in getting it to work. Nothing came to mind at first. Then it dawned on me. It seemed to work when I had the ceiling fan on. Yep. Fridge had been wired to the ceiling fan switch. Fan on/fridge on. Fan off/ fridge off.

Never be surprised about anything on an RV.
