Has anyone had any dealings with First Extended Service Corp.? Bought it from dealer in 2015 with new Montana and have never needed to use it until now. Black & gray tank valves have become almost impossible to use and have dropped it off for repair. Just wondering if I should expect good or bad news concerning coverage of these items.

I have used my ESP a number of times including just replacing both grey tanks last week. I have the Good Sam 7 year plan. The main complaint I have had is they will not pay for any freight on parts and will not pay for a lot of shop supplies. Out of a $4,000.00 + bill I had to pay $1,100.00 out of pocket. I have to say it was still less than if I had no plan...

Can't see us ever not having an extended warranty plan going forward from here. This was our second.

Our last was on it's 3rd cooling unit before we traded. The first was replaced under Keystone warranty but the last two were on extended warranty's dime. We figure we are well over $3,500. ahead with that one unit.

That being said the last item we discuss with our dealer before signing the deal is a price for extended warranty. We do dig our heels in for a discount before we sign. Lot's of dealer profit in such add one.

Got gate valves and cables replaced under First Extended Service Corp. Plan. I paid $100 deductible and they paid the rest. And the tech did a good job...they work very smoothly....so far.

This is my first dealing with a extended warranty program . I'm happy.
