First you have to find out how the water leak is getting to that area. The frig may be leaking or water is getting in from outside.

We discovered that the drain hose located in the back of the frig had broken off and the drainage was leaking into the trailer. The hose material gets brittle after a few years and cracks. You can check it by pulling the bottom access panel off from the outside of the trailer.

That drain hose issue is a common problem after a few years. That soft floor is not good news.

Gregg-bean:
I have never had the water problem that you have experienced, but I did replace the floor in my camper. We had harse winters where I live and the lino. split. We tore the old lino. out and put down the 18 inch square tile that is about an 1/8th inch thick. You will have to replace a chunk of the sub floor on your rig as the sub flooring that they use is just chip board. Once moisture gets to it, it is bad news. Not to difficult for an experienced floor person to fix. Cost me about $100 I think about 5 years ago. I used the same tile that we have in out stick house bathrooms...JB
