My wife and I were sitting at a table at my high school reunion and we sat watching a lady swigging, drink after drink as she sat alone at a a near by table.

My wife asks, Do you know Her?

Yes, I replied, she was my former girlfriend and I understand she took to drinking after we broke up those many years ago and has not drawn a sober breath since!

My God! my wife exclaimed, who would think that someone could go on celebrating that long !
