Why, Dave (Sky)? Are you worried about the name association with me, Dave (dsprik)?

Good move... the gals will be coming after me. Except for the ones that are just shaking their heads and sighing, saying, "There he goes again..."

This could all be a plot by David (& Jo-Anna) to throw all off the trail - diverting attention to an idiot saying stupid things here on the MOC...

Dave,
I figured Sky would be easier to type, plus I would then know who is talking to who these days.

I think I owed you anyway, Sue. Just has to be a NICER bouquet now (I'm impressed that I could spell that correctly on the first try).

Sue, you were the one I was afraid was going to read this. Nothing like have a "big sister" to smack you over the head once in a while when you stick your foot in your mouth...

Dave,

What size shoe do you wear and how far can you stick it into your mouth?

It would take more than chocolates to break me and as for the flowers they make me sneeze. I would be thinking along the lines of you doing the dishes for six months before I would spill any information.

David,

You are still dancing around the question...... what did you do for a living? Now I won't be at the rally but you can come to Texas and I can fix you a really mean Margarita and you can do a tequila shot chaser as many times as you want.

Ever heard of the guy who had stretch marks on his mouth from always having his foot in it? I'm looking in the mirror right now...

Dave S--don't blame me for getting you into this pickle--I was talking about getting some alcohol from you when you learched into that mine field. LOL!!!

As for the multitude of Dave's around here, I'll leave it to Dave S and Dave Sky to figure out whether they want to wrestle each other for rights to the name Dave. As for myself, I'll go by David rather than Dave since the name David doesn't seem to be claimed yet in this thread. Besides which, I've noticed over time that people who know me well tend to call me David even though I generally introduce myself as Dave. Wonder what that means??

Indy--Now I'm the non-violent type, so I doubt that my friends tend to call me David because they equate me with the fella throwing killer stones.

On the other hand, I do take joy it knocking down overblown arguments and puncturing inflated egos. Does that qualify? ROTFLOL!!!!

Yes.....David is a very sweet and gentle "detail-oriented" giant! (in case you hadn't noticed)

We are both looking forward to seeing all of you in September and enjoying getting to know you more over a cocktail or two.

We appreciate all of your guidance in our planning for the future.

See you in Goshen!
