Lights refrigerator and slides issues

Hey all
Thank you for accepting us in your group. We own a 2020 294RL Montana
We have had refrigerator issues since we bought it and our dealer says nothing wrong. It works on LP but not electrical. Now as we prepare to go away for a week our slides do not want to come out. The batteries are charged. We replaced the fuses 25 amp. It worked we got the slides out and now they will not go back in. We have lights when hooked into power but as soon as we unplug no lights. Anyone have any suggestions.
TIA
Tannis
Ps
I am sorry for posting this in the wrong forum to start with. Just learning this site

Welcome aboard! You've bought a nice floor plan.

Just a couple quick questions to get a baseline:

Are you trying to operate the slides while connected to shore power? Also, if disconnected from shore power the fridge will run only on LP. Is your battery disconnect turned the correct direction or is it disconnected?

I am somewhat confused. You say the refer doesn't work on 120V but does work on 12V. That sounds like a 120V supply problem. But now the slides don't work without shore power. As the slides are 12V powered, that says you don't have 12V available. The confusion I have is that the refer *ALWAYS* needs 12V to run whether on 120V shore power or LP. If the slides don't operate neither will the refer.

I too suspect the disconnect switch in the convenience center is in the wrong position. If they key can be removed, then the batteries are disconnected and there is no 12V power to the coach. The key needs to be in the position where oyu can't remove it.

As for the refer, when you have shore power, is the plug in the back of the refer (you access it from outside) have 120V power?

Also, when connected to shore power is the fridge set to Auto, not LP?

It sounds to me like the battery cut off switch is simply in the off position. That's the red colored key in the outside wet bay area. If that key is missing, contact your dealership, it absolutely should have come with the camper.

Go to 44 seconds in this video and you'll see a clear shot of the convenience center (wet bay) and the red key on the right side wall, about half way in the middle.
