Thunderman,

I have used the Dicor lap sealant to seal around skylights and vents on a previous coach. It seems to work very well. I think it would take care of your problem. I have also read many posts about Eternabond Tape. It sounds like it would work too. Catching this problem early is a good thing whatever you use.
