Rough road in Virginia

Traveling north on I95 bypass around Richmond Va 5th wheel 34rl sets up a severe bounce that I have never experienced before. This a
was not a "sway" or fishtailing but a vertical bounce of increasing intensity.Shocks and suspension fine on Ford f350 diesel.(the bouncing is at the 5th wheel hitch area)
I think this is fault of the road rather than mechanical problem with my rig
I would like to ask if others have noticed this and can someone tell me what mile marker this is in Va
This has happened a couple of times at the same location but I never note the mile marker at he time (too flustered)
