It could be a harmonic-type undulation (usually associated with concrete roads) that can usually be remedied by a change in speed. WV Turnpike between Charleston and Beckley is very good at that and slowing down (never tried speeding up) usually brings the bouncing to an end. Just thinking out loud based on our experience.
