Lippert Tailgate Storage System

Has anyone used this? It is a flat storage rack plus a post for a bike that folds up on the back of the trailer.
I tried calling them to ask if it voids their own warranty on the frame, but no one would answer the phone?!?!?!?! I called them for another issue 3-4 years ago and they were great, so am confused on that issue.

I've noticed a recent loss of several companies tech support people. Just trying to get a simple question answered by email or phone seems to be near impossible. Wonder if they all took vacation at the same time, or maybe there's a national convention somewhere?

One of the couples we worked with had a rig built in the Northwest, I'm old and don't remember the name. It was a nice rig and came with something like that standard and he had a small dirt bike mounted on it.
