Roof Material-Abnormal or Normal

Hi Everyone,

We are home from Kentucky....my daughter rode GREAT!!

Can't remember why now, but I was up on the roof of our unit, and noticed that there is like contact paper on the roof. The only reason I noticed this was because in some places it seems to not be stuck, but appears as a ripple! Is this normal roof material or should I take it back to the dealer?????

Sue, if that ripple goes all the way across, it's just for expansion and probably covers the joint for the roof underlayment material. We have that, too, and it's never changed in almost two years.

Dennis, we've never ever swept our slide toppers and I'm not sure why one would want to. I'm not sure if BillyRay meant he sweeps the slide toppers or if he meant he sweeps the top of the slides and does not have slide toppers. Maybe he could clarify for us.

We've been in storms where tree twigs, etc., get on the toppers. They just roll off the toppers when the slides retract. We also had toppers on the prior Montana so in about 3 1/2 years I've never swept them. Only drawback to them in my opinion is they can flap in strong winds and you hear that inside. But, like trains, you get used to it (it's not that bad).
