Desi & Lucy get an RV 7/3/10 @ 8:30 p.m.
Turner Classic Movies is showing "The Long, Long, Trailer" tonight, July 3rd, at 8:30 p.m. (PDT) (or 11:30 p.m. EDT).
I wasn't sure where to post this for maximum exposure. "Maintenance" might have been a better area.

I wish I'd checked the MOC board earlier so that I would have seen your post. By accident, we stumbled upon that movie tonight . . . with less than 20 minutes left in it. I checked the internet for future televised showings but found none.
What a classic! It was one of my father and mother's favorite movies, probably because their early RV adventures looked mild in comparison to those of Lucy and Desi.

The wife loves this movie so much that we have purchased the dvd...I have always thought it was pretty spectacular a car pulled that long, long trailer. We have recently found out the engine in the car was not stock...what a surprise! Still, thanks very much for the post.

This is one of my all-time favorite movies. Funny how similar problems with RVing were back then as compared to today!! I've probably watched this movie at least 10 to 15 times!

Mariana, my grandchildren were spending the night; we were playing sequence and the movie came on. It was enjoyed by all! Great laughs.
