What do all of the abbreviations mean?
I know that I am new to the RV world and to the Montana world. It seems like there are lots of new people joining the forum that might not the meaning of all of the short cuts that are used such as RV= recreational vehicle.
I would love for others to fill in the blanks and then also add their own shortcuts so we can learn the correct definitions.
PDI=
OEM =
GVRW =
GCRW =
SRW =
These are just a few of them. There are lots of them that are used that I just guess at and hope I have the correct answer.

Don,
Thanks for the post.
I was hoping that you and others would add a few other ones to the list. It seems like I find new ones all of the time.
Other ones
PIN =
LB =
HD =
SB =
Anyone else want to share? I really think this will help new posters.

Go to Glenn's great site, http://montanaowners.com/. You will find a list of abreviations and a host of other information relating to Montanas and RVing in general. (If the ones you asked about are not there, I'm sure Glenn will add them very soon).

Thanks for the information. I have been to Glenn page before and just haven't make it down that far. Hopefully others will see this post and follow your link. It sure does help to know what the CAPS mean.

Had some, added those I didn't have but you got me on the "PIN". I'm sure it's something obvious.

I'll hazard a guess that "PIN" is possibly not an abbreviation at all but is PIN as in PIN weight??

I'd assume PIN was referring to pin weight--that's what I've been using it for.

Add to the "D"s
DH = Darling Hubby or Husband, Da%& Hubby, Designated Hitter (baseball)
DW = Darling Wife, Da%& Wife, Dim Wit, Dish Washer (same as Dear Wife), Darryl Waltrip (NASCAR)
DB = Dumb Blonde (Female or Male)
And don't forget the infamous...
D/A = Duramax/Alison
ROTFLMAO =
I have a few more but they are not fit for a family type forum.
