Torque requirements & maintenance

Received a form letter and dvd from Keystone in todays mail. On Lug Nut Torque(requirements & maintenance). Also in the letter was a coupon to go to the local dealer for a free torque of the wheels. I guess some people are having problems. This letter says it was sent to all owners 2004 to 2006 Keystone campers. Did not know this was a big problem.

Not necessarly a problem, but this should be done before any trip. Brand doesn't make any difference.

We did not receive notification either...but I have a sister who owns a Sprinter and she received notice....I wonder where you go to ask why you were not notified?

I just got notified for the second time. The first one was a recall for certain models. I haven't been near a dealer since it arrived. The second one seems to be a general notice to keep them correectly torqued. It may have gone to a larger audience. Anyway, I've got two DVDs now though if anyone needs one!
