Not so high tech......
I got an email from my husband -- he's found a lightweight, affordable washer for the camper!! He had included this link:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003SQ7I5S/...=dradisplay-20
Maybe I should have him do the laundry?

I just ordered the 3 item bundle! Will give DW first one for her birthday, second one for Christmas, and the last one for our 45th anniversary. She will be so happy!

Wish I would have known about these before I added all that extra weight for that side-by-side unit!

Since her birthday comes before the 45th anniversary, he might not make the 45th, let alone the 46th.

What was "old" is now "new" again. My grandmother had one of these in her laundry room, over 50 years ago. However, that one was made out of good old USA metal, and this one appears to be plastic. I wonder if 50 years from now, this "new" one will also be a collectible???
Of course, according to my grandparents, that "new" device was sure a lot better than the "pounding on a rock" procedure that THEIR parents did!!!

Just tried to interest the "better half" in this outstanding device for our camping trips. I also just got put in charge of laundry detail. Maybe this isn't such a great idea.
