Same here.
Now I was looking for an excuse to use one of my coupons from my collection at HF so here is the opportunity for me to visit the "Man's Tool Mall." Thanks for the suggestions.

12 ton bottle from Harbor Freight, used it once to help with a landing gear issue. It was a little over kill but I like to be overly cautious. It works great for the TV as well.

I was gifted a 20 ton bottle jack and my father-in-law welded up an axle adapter for me. (See my other post) . 20 ton is overkill but free is free.

That is a good looking adapter. For those who don't have access to a welder, I have a set of bottle jack accessories I got from BMI, https://bmihydraulics.com/index.php Their Safejack line also includes extensions that can be used instead of stacking blocks of wood, making lifting the side of a trailer much safer. I still don't have a problem using the 6 point jacks to change a tire.

I liked the idea of lifting the frame and blocking it. Then lifting the axle--wish it was my idea. I carry a small bottle jack (4 ton I think), and road side assistance. I prefer the rode side assistance!
