No kitchen water
The kitchen faucet in our 3400rl is not supplying hot or cold water. The faucet was working fine, but just stopped working. I unscrewed the end of the faucet (removed the sprayer head) and still got no water. I checked the other faucets in the unit and they all worked fine. I shut off city water and still had the same problem with water supplied through the pump. I didn't want to take apart the faucet any further without asking if anyone had any ideas. I dont see any leaks and followed the lines to the backside of the water heater which looked fine. Also I didn't see any leaks in the basement.

Check the lines right under the faucet. IIRC, when you turn these faucets, it actually turns the lines too, which can result in kinking.

We had a similar problem and after trial and error found all the water restricters and I think there 3 of them. 1 at the faucet ...1 where the hose connects to the faucet and the last one where the faucet hose connect to the water supply. After removing all we have not had a problem and have great water pressure. Hope that helps.

Betty is right, and I think the culprit is the one at the end of the hose that connects to the base of the faucet. that one is a restrictor and check valve/back flow preventer. That little beast sometimes gets stuck shut and refuses to pass water. Remove it and the problem should go away... Dave

yep check the restrictors, remove them. I just replaced our kitchen faucet with a Price Pfister, major upgrade and wife loves it!

I was able to correct the problem by removing the restrictor and check valve/back flow preventer at the base of the faucet.
Thanks to all your suggestions!!! You made the repair easy and saved me lots of time.
