Thanks for the info. Went out propped up the bed, removed plywood, sprayed lube on square tube and all I accomplished was move the sqweak. Now it does it just at the start of out, before it was start of in. The h___ with it, let it be. Found no sharp edge as reported by Ozz. By the way Ozz when are you going to stop working us so hard? Only kidding.

Dick,
I know, I feel like I have been in a prison work camp, all this work and no pay....I know it will all be worth it, things bother me that other people couldn't care less about sometimes, but I post my findings and if it helps anyone person on here, I am happy.
I was a machinist, repairing Nuke and conventional subs, machining new parts and fixing old parts, in the Navy, then went though a 5 year Pipefitter apprenticeship to be a HVAC serviceman, then after that, went to trade school to learn Electrical and refrigeration. Have owned Three HVAC and Electrical companies and have Been fixing things ever since.
I do know how to relax, just have to 'Get things right' first
