Leaking Thermo Windows???

Has anyone else had condensation in dual pane thermal windows and had the window repaired? We have one of the long thin side windows at the back that is cloudy and slowly filling up with water! I am wondering if it can be fixed or if I should just go to a dealer and buy a new one. We had 2 windows with this problem when the unit was originally delivered which were replaced under warranty.

Thermopane windows can not be fixed, they need to be replaced. Once the seal is broken, the window is kaput.

I was told, by a local dealer in Tacoma, Wa. that those windows aren't thermopane, they're only dual pane and are vented at the bottom. If you have condensation or water, that the vents are plugged..............

They are not thermo pane windows. They are two pieces of glass placed close together and not sealed.
