Solid Oak Doors.

The solid oak cabinet doors in our stick house are 28 yeas old and look like new and my wife treats them with lemon oil every year.

Is this something we should be doing in the Montana or would the newer finishes not even allow the oil to penetrate? Any ideas on this?

Not sure, are the doors on Montana sealed with poly??? if so, what does the chemistry of lemon oil do to poly???

Good question, does anyone know what the doors are finished with???

I just wipe mine down with a damp cloth, or baby wipe. So far, so good.

I don't think the doors are treated with anything. The 2007 manual says they "are solid wood and should be cared for similar to the fine furniture in your home." Also says to use a quality furniture polish and a good quality scratch remover.
