Pleasant Experience
After almost 4 months we arrived back in NM this afternoon and glad to finally have internet available once again. On our way back we dropped in at Goshen to discuss the many problems we have encountered the last straw was a bolt shearing off on the living room slide - we were able to do a temp fix but my husband was not a happy camper over this. The service warranty department was quite busy but we got some help and not turned away for being unexpected. Our leaky shower (both inside and into the basement) was fixed and stayed for about 4 days - we knew it was a temp fix as they had a hard time finding the problem - alot has to do with the surround being too long for the wall causing a bow in the wall - the whole thing is to be taken out and fixed properly at our dealers. They found the slide has been out of time from day one and only a matter of time until the temp fix we did broke again - we should have known something wasn't right when the floor wasn't flush in front of the couch but being a newbie we didn't know for sure. While at the repair shop we did met 2 other club members and last night stopped by Colorado Springs to see Mike and Lorraine but they were out for the weekend so we headed for Albuquerque this morning - sure good to be here.
Safe travels.
