Screw popping up under flooring

We have a 2019 373RD. In the front bedroom at the end of the bed there is a screw head pushing up the flooring. On our last keystone, a 2016 Cougar 336BHS, the same thing happened in the kitchen. Anyone have any ideas/tricks on how to cut the flooring and repair it to address the loose screw?

I would use a very sharp knife, cut a small slit in the flooring, just enough to be able to remove the screw, and I would not put it or another one back in, and then get some clear vinyl glue and seal the cut in the flooring. You might have to put some weight on either side of the floor material to hold it down.

We just discovered the same problem in our front living area. Were you successful in making a repair?

Had this problem in our bedroom. As rohrmann said, I removed the screw and glued the vinyl to the floor making the smallest cut possible. Then I got vinyl seam sealer from Home Depot and covered the slit in the vinyl and let it dry. This will keep sand and dust out of the cut in the vinyl.
