Husband and I are preparing to go FT within the next 18 mos. we got our 5th wheel, now the duelly to pull it. Next step is to clear out the house and put it on the market come Spring 2018.
We have been dreaming of this time for 22 years! I can hardly believe we are in the last stages of the plan to say goodbye to the last 40 years of 9 to 5 and go see everything we can in this beautiful country!!
The plan is 10 years of traveling and picking up work along the way to either supplement our retirement income or trade for a site. I also have lined up a job doing remote bookkeeping and hope to secure 2 more PT positions remotely to basically maintain earn my current FT income.
I look forward to reading all your posts! We are members on several FB RV sites and can never learn enough. Sorry for the long post, but hope by sharing our plan I hear what others are planning or currently doing!

Welcome to the MOC. You have a busy next 18 months ahead of you, but when you will be looking back at it you will wonder where that time went when you are sitting outside of your trailer having a cold one.
