Scott,
Check out Thermopolis, WY. We have stayed at the Fountain-of-Youth RV Park several times. They have an olympic size "hot tub" fed from a hot spring right next to the pool. They have installed a ramp to allow disabled folks access and divided the pool into to sections with one section at 105 degrees and the other at around 95 degrees.
Great place to kick back and soak up some hot mineral springs.

Why do young men still line up to serve in our armed forces for little reward and practically no recognition?
I'll probably never fully appreciate the sacrifices made for my freedom, but I am grateful daily for those who gave all. God bless every one of them, and God bless America!

My father served during WWII and raised me to believe that it was an honor as well as my duty to serve my country. And as far as I am concerned he was right.
I proudly served and I'm glad that I did. Now for Wyoming - a friend of mine moved back from there to Connecticut and told me that there are "two seasons" in
Wyoming - Winter and August.

Sky, lasater & Rondo,
I used to live in Cheyenne Wyoming for 10 years and traveled the state heavily. I LOVED every day I was there and it was the best time of my life. I still think it is the most beautiful place in the USA. Ever since I moved away I have wanted to go back there and this is my chance to do it! I am losing my job so my wife and I have decided to go back there.
patbarton, I think young men still line up to serve for the same reasons I did. Pride in my Country and Honor to Serve my Country. This is the best Country in the world to live in and I just felt I had to give something back to it and it's people.

To all those presently wearing or who have worn the uniform, thank you. I received the following comment from A West Point graduate and Army buddy of mine and thought I'd post it here:
"We are free because of the real (and largely unknown) American 1-percenters -- those who have worn the uniform of this great country. Very often, I think we have done our job too well, given so many clueless these days who are so free to run the streets and waste precious non-renewable resources. The 2d BCT, 4ID, is returning from Afghanistan, and the local news covers each group's arrival. And sometimes I wonder if not marvel where we get such quality people to step forward and raise their right hand. "If not me, then who?" says it best."

I wanted to post this yesterday but it was impossible to do so. But better late than never.
A heart filled Thank You to all the troops around the world that are giving me the freedom to be free to do the things we do daily. If it weren't for you we would not have this freedom in the best country in the world. The United States of America!!!! Even though we sometimes complain about our country and the way it is being handled, there is no other country in the world I would rather live. It is the best by far!!!
At this time I want to be very selfish thank my grandson personally for his service. He is now home for leave from Afghanistan and has to return next Sat. leaving behind his wife and two kids and of course his parents which has to be the hardest thing in the world for him to do. Thank you so much Gage Mingus, be safe, keep your head down and stay aware. Love you a bunch.

Certainly would have posted yesterday but we along with a dozen other Patriots escorted a Ret. 1ST SGT Bugler to 9 cementaries to present a program and play Taps and honor All those who Gave All for our Freedom.
If you are ever in the Central NJ area during Memorial Day please come join us, you will never be the same after seeing the 1ST SGT's program.
