Fueling a class B gasser where the fridge is in the same RV as the fuel input nozzle can't be compared to fueling a diesel truck pulling a 5th wheel.

I agree that the chances of anything like this happening are slim. This thing has been beaten to death in the past and probably will in the future so I guess we'll just have agree to disagree and let it go at that.
