Maybe good news

Well, I finally got nowhere with the tire company about my 5'er damage and the 4 tires that were separating while on our trip. The tire dealer refunded for the 4 tires in full, but the tire company baulked for a year. I turned it over to my insurance company with my documentation and they are going after them for my deductible and the insurance companies losses. It came out to about $11,000 in damages. Insurance company said that with my documentation it will be easier for the claim. Wish me luck.

You have our wishes for good luck. Was it Marathon's? I ask because Goodyear has been responsive in the past.

It was Dynamic Tire company out of Ontario, Canada. The tires were a brand recommended by Les Schwab Tire. The tire company kept coming up with excuse after excuse, trying to put the blame on me. But it all came out when the 4 tires were found separating. Glad the guy at the tire center caught it in time.
