The ones we had installed this past December are made in USA. I believe USA is the only country they are made in.
For Chasnracin, you might check into the Sailun S637, as they are the same specs and have had pretty good reviews so far, just a bit harder to find. You might have to order them and have them delivered to a local shop for installation. They are China made, but I've read that the plant they are made in is an ISO-9000 rated plant,
