washer/dryer hookups in 3400RL

We have just bought a new 3400RL and I want to use the closet on the immediate right as you enter for storing some items that could be damaged if water were turned on. Since the closet is made for a washer and dryer, there are hookup faucets there and they can emit water. Is there some sort of turn off valve or does anyone know if there are end caps available somewhere (plumbing store?) that I could put over the open ends of the pipes?

You should be able to buy end caps at the local hardward store. They have them in both plastic or metal.
