Good Sam's ERS

Well gang, I got my Good Sam's Emergency Road Service package today. I guess I want to hear from those of you that have ever had to use this. I am not on the road frequently. Just traveling from job to job (600-2000 miles) and then I land for six to twelve months. I would like to hear both sides, Pro and Con from those that have used, or tried to use, this service.

Thanks in advance for the input

Gary

I just re-upped mine. My daughter used it three times in the first year (new driver)...all while I was busy doing something else and I never had to do more than make a phone call. It paid for itself after the first use.

Had to use ours twice this year --- excellent service both times. First time we had to be towed (truck & Montanna) to a repair facility for the truck and a few days later we had to call again when the Monty had a flat tire. Both times they responded quickly and had us back on the road in no time. Definitely paid for itself.
Wouldn't be without it.

Had it for many years, used in 1/2 dozen times, always prompt, caring service. Would not be without it.
Happy trails.....................

Used them 3 times in the past 4 years (all for tires) on my prior class "C". Would not own a RV with out having their service.

Have used it once and they were prompt and efficient. It's lapsed now, but will be renewing by the first of the year.

It covers all our cars and trailers, NOT just Big Butt and Tana. I have used a number of times for flats on Escort and van. And, did you know, they will even tow you out of your own yard if you happen to get van and trailer stuck. You don't need to ask how Al and I know that, do you??

Have used it several times in last six years or so - mostly for flat times and once locked keys in car. Prompt, good service no matter where we were.
