We had this problem with our 3731FL. It arrived at the dealer with a dent in one door. they replaced the door w/o a question and said it was because factory hadn't adjusted the slide correctly. Dealer (not CW) fixed both issues and no problem since.

Montana Fridge door dent

Hi everyone. here is an update.
Even thought Camping World initially said the damaged fridge door wasn't covered under the warantee, Keystone came back and said yep, it is covered. They apologized for the Camping World comments and have sent a new door and a fix on the furnace recall to the Camping World I bought the unit from. In fact the Keystone manager saw my comments here on the Montana page and contacted me . My faith is restored in Keystone.
Thanks Keystone and all of your comments here on the Montana Owners site.

I like the idea Masterdrago had about making a larger washer. The one provided isn't much.

I did some searching and found the knob at Trekwood RV Parts for 30 dollars. Looked on line at Amazon and Found Knobs 5 of them for 18.71. Will have to get a piece of all thread and nuts to complete the assembly.

Good job! Yes, you must watch Trekwood very close or they will rape you. I looked there once when needing something and discovered quickly I was looking in the wrong place and got it elsewhere.

This just happened to us. Who at Keystone did you call? See no reason for this and has never happened before. Yes, we had the lock in place. Will not go down the road again until we find a solution to keep from further damage. We must be in Texas by Dec 8.

The dealer (Walnut Ridge) fixed ours because we hadn't even driven it yet. They somehow did it while it was sitting in the shop doing their inspection after we bought it. We concluded that the table was left extended when they closed the slides which pushed the island into the fridge. We had to wait a few weeks until they found another door to exchange with it.

Yep, just looked and that was what happened. We left the table extended. Lesson learned! Thanks for your reply.
