Anyone used Orangewood RV in Phoenix for service

Need to take our RV in for service and have scheduled Orangewood RV on West Bell in Phoenix. We are staying at a campground at Ridgway, CO and were told by someone here that they had terrible service at Orangewood. Anyone have experience with Orangewood or RV Traders in Mesa, which is our other option. Thanks

Orangewood is a definate NO!!!! I bought there and was very unhappy with the service. I took the Monty to RV Traders for service after Orangewood told me they were unable to do the work and was very p;eased with the service.

Better call ahead to RV Traders, especially if you did not buy the Monty there. That is the first question they asked me. Last I checked they were several weeks out for service appointments. I can't comment on their service or ability since I didn't want to wait and fixed the problem myself.
