Yellowing back up lense

The backup lense is yellowing on my 09 3400rl. Does anyone know if the lense pops off or the whole assy has to be changed when the bulb burns out. It's the one with the clear lens with the red ring around it.

You might try some acetone. It removes a few layers of plastic when you rub it on with a rag.

I found my backup lights to be worthless, so I replaced them with additional stop/tail lights.
