Has anyone considered the liability of having one of these Golf Carts? The waiver puts all responsibility and costs on the renter.

Thank you Rich. Yes, if you have questions on liability, please check with your homeowners/auto policy. Don’t forget, BEST to use bicycle lock/chain for security - they can rent you one or bring your own. Thanks.
Please let us know if having any other problems with LINK on first page to the golf cart vendor. Don’t forget, LAST DAY for sign-up for golf carts is Sept 2, then please go to link to pay for cart prior to carts arrival in Goshen.

We have State Farm for auto and home and they do not cover this, so your on the hook for anything that might happen. I plan to keep working on this, but with no insurance I will not be renting a Golf Cart.

We will actually be in sept 9th and the fairgrounds was notified and was OK'ed a couple of weeks ago.

Rich, I added you to the Early Arrival Change list ,since we are responsible for tracking the early arrivals on the 9th & 10th. The fairgrounds tracks reservations for anyone coming in before the 9th.
