Ceiling vents and fans

We are camped in AZ right now with the daytime temp near 100 with low humidity. To help cool the Monty, should I be having the vents open? I know they are to remove humidity amoung other things but it would seem they are blowing the cooled air out quickly. So do leave them open or closed when struggling to Air Condition the unit?

We just left Arizona yesterday, and the 100 degrees plus, and when using the A/C, the vents are closed in our rig. Might as well leave the door open too if one were to leave the vents open. It was about 105 when we arrived in Needles, and once setup, had both A/C's going along with the ceiling fan and it cooled down to a comfortable temp before too long.

For us it's vents closed (they also have vent covers installed and when not in use have the vent pillows in them), filters kept clean, cold air returns proped open with pvc pipe, supply vents have every other fin removed, windows that aren't opened and the outside walls of all cabinets have silver bubble wrap installed, slide toppers and we use the awnings when possible. On our 2013 we've added extra awnings and close off the return air under the stairs in the summer. On our 2017 we have a third AC.

Before the days of electric vents, I used to leave one just cracked a bit for a little fresh air exchange, Now, all are closed though do have a window just opened a tiny amount. But with that said, we don't see 100 plus degree weather more then once a generation (38F @0630 today, 36 yesterday am)
