Awning missing!!!!

Hi to all. We purchased a 2006 329RLS Mountaineer last fall and the snow will soon be gone. We are getting excited about our first trip. We get quite a bit of rain here in the Rainy River District and I just noticed that our awning ends with about 1/4 of the doorway out in the open. Has anyone out there come up with any kind of a mod to close in this area from the rain. Look foward to hearing from you all on this...have a great day...Al and Judy..

I have the 328RLS which looks very simular. I simply slant the awning towards the front. So far has not really been a problem. The slide shields the doorway some.
Hope you enjoy your Mountaineer as much as I enjoy mine.
