PullRite Hitch Problem Solved

5 months ago I asked the forum for help because wife and I were having a LOT of difficulty hooking and unhooking our RV. Just wanted to provide good news follow up. Turned out the weld attaching the cap plate was cracked. A reputable RV dealer in Vegas noticed that the crack caused a very slight bend in the plate ( I couldn't even see it). Bought a new cap plate which they installed correctly. Result - for over two months now hooking and unhooking is effortless, Every Time.

Glad to hear to found your problem and was able to have it corrected. I had a problem with my Reese hitch doing the same thing. Found the problem after comparing my old hitch head to a new one.

I would have never thought of that! Glad you are "on speed" with your Pullrite. I love mine. Never a problem (lucky me).
Happy camping and smooth roads.
