Picked it up Saturday

Just wanted to drop a note of thanks to the frequent posters on this forum who provide a wealth of information for a new guy like me in purchasing, PDIing and taking possession of my new rig. I have been diligently reading this forum since early Feb when I placed an order for our new "5ver" as I've come to know that is what they are referred to here. Anyway, planning to take the maiden voyage in a week or so and feel like I really know what to look for and probably how to handle most minor issues that may arise due to the wealth of knowledge on this forum. Again, thanks and I look forward to the continuing education as I use and explore my new toy.

Congratulations! That's a fine lookin' rig ya got there. And I like where it is parked, all those trees!

You will get experience the same way the rest of us do, by doing, by making mistakes, and by asking questions. I hope this forum can help you with those last two.

Welcome aboard. Most of all, go and enjoy it!

Congrats on your new rig. They sure do make a nice looking pair. Like said before, please tell us about the good and not so good things that happen on your many trips.
