Ready to Go!

John and I picked up the '06 F350 Deisel truck last Monday and then drove over to Missoula on Friday to pick our '05 (new) 3500RL. After a hair-raising 3-hr. trip back home, it's sitting all nice and pretty in the yard. We have never towed anything before, and that is one big trailer!

When the weather warms up and we can de-winterize it, we're going to camp for the weekend, in the driveway , to make sure all systems are good. I'm looking forward to our first outing, but no plans yet. It'll probably get used as a guesthouse before it gets used for camping!

Woo Hoo, It can be kind of spooky the first time huh. Don't fret though. These things pull so well you will have to keep looking back there to see if it is still there.

We also did the driveway bit when we first got ours. It helped save many trips as we found what was lacking. Good luck and enjoy.

Congrats on you new Montana. So much fun to hear from members who just took delivery...brings back that excited feeling we all went through when we got our units. May you enjoy many happy miles in your new wheel estate.
