Tri Am?

Anyone who has had dealing with Tri-Am in Ocala please let me know your thoughts. The good the bad and the ugly. They are selling Sunnybrook as well as Keystone. We went out there on Tuesday to have a look at the SB's that they had on their lot. Thanks

We bought our previous 5er from Tri-am. Ask for Rodney Jones, tell him Bill and Bobbi recommended him. We were his first sale.He is a nice christian young man. We had a good experience buying from Tri-am as well as some warranty work we had done. That being said - their prices are pretty high and they won't give you a reasonable "first price" when you ask how much (no posted prices in the RV's or on-line). Be prepared to haggle. As usual the sales manager is in full control of each deal. I tried to by a Montana from them and they were pretty firm on the price. I feel we saved 8k buying at the Tampa show with Suncoast. Tri-am was at the show but not selling Montanas.I asked them if they would match the price but they would not. So Suncoast got my business. I will use Tri-am for warranty work if necessary. (www.triamrv.com) Good luck!

Tri Am has been great to us. We did not buy our units from them, but have used them for service when we are in FL. Last year they checked our 3295RK thoroughly before we headed north after being in FL for the winter. The work was done in a timely way and we have found the people we have dealt with very helpful and friendly. They have also done some warranty work for us on our current unit. As a matter of fact we have an appointment with them on next Wednesday morning to check the unit for the trip north and do some minor warranty work. We definitely would recommend Tri Am.

As far as Tri Am goes, we can not say enough good about them. We bought our Big Sky 3295 from them 3 years ago and we were completely satisfied. We worked with Rod Speed, who has been with them about 9 years. Rodney Jones helped us also when we went back "just to look". We agree about the comments about Rodney Jones. We is a very ethical and honest salesman as is Rod Speed. They are impartial about selling you a Montana or a Sunnybrook. We know this first hand as we traded the 3295RK last year for a Sunnybrook 36BWKS. We love Montana's and know they are an excellent product. We were interested in the 3400RL but we just did not care for the bathroom arrangement on the 3400 at the time. Rod Speed did not push one unit over the other. He lets the product sell itself. There is no high pressure from anyone. We have exellent responses from the service department, parts etc. The Perkins family, who owns Triam is very commited to customer satisfaction. When we have gone in for work on the units, they have provided us a full hook up. They are very patient and listen to our concerns.

We will continue to do business with them in the future. They also do read the MOC from time to time. They are very commited to Keystone and Sunnybrook. It may seem that you pay a little more but we do feel you get waht you pay for. As far them not having Montana's at the Tampa show, that area is territorial for Suncoast so Triam can not promote Montana's there.

We have heard some horror stories about service in the Tampa area.
Best of luck to you.
