Key tv

I have a brand new 2021 294rl, I have had more problems with this unit then you can shake a stick at and we are on our very first road trip. My key tv problems have got me so mixed up I can’t think straight. Dish tells me different things every time call first they said it was the key tv module. So I ran a direct coax to the receiver, that didn’t work same problem no tv at all. Then they tell me it’s my receiver. I called again the they had me run a half dozen test and still nothing. Can someone get me going in the right direction. Thanks

If you ran a coax directly from the receiver to the dish with receiver out to TV and you got nothing ... it ain't a KeyTV problem. I would start by replacing the coax from the receiver to the dish ... then replace the cable from the receiver to the TV. There are other variables here including the receiver, the LNB's in the dish, dish obstructions, TV problems ... etc. But, what you described is NOT a KeyTV problem.
