I didn't notice an adjustment screw on mine I just took off the fridge doo and installed 1 or 2 small washers to raise it up. There are only a couple of bolts that hold the door on. It was easy and only took about 5 minutes. My fridge is now set at a 5 and is cold. Freezer still not as cold as I would like it but it is a 100 outside.

We were having issues also. but the freezer was working but it was in the 50's in the fridge. I trouble shoot the problems and tried many many different things and finally had to call my RV tech man and he said to unplug the 120 volt and the 12 volts and let it sit for 24 hours. We we did just that and now it works like brand new. he said that the norcold 1210 has so much electronics on them that my fridge was caught in a defrost cycle.

Does this help Dometic units as well? Ours is an NDR 1062.

I would try it. Unplug 120 volt and 12 volt and let it sit 24 hours.

If we disconnect 120 and use the battery disconnect will that work or do I need to disconnect a battery cable?

As long as all the power is disconnected to the fridge. I pulled the 12 volt wire from the board in the back along with the 120 volt plug.

Any more problems and we will replace with a residential refrigerator for sure. We hate this rv fridge, as too many issues to deal with for full timers.
