I don't remember which fuse we checked on my truck before finding the bad connections but it is marked in the fuse box cover. It's one of the larger ones that must be tested to see if it's good.

I just went through this and after spending too much time with voltmeters, ammeters and wire tracing, I was advised to have the battery checked at CTC(CDN Tire Corp) where it was under warranty. The battery, although fairly new, was defunto. My advise.... check the new battery.

i am having the same issue on my 2011 montana high country, we were plugged in for a week camping and left south dakota and drove for 9 to 10 hrs and stopped at a walmart for the nite, and put the slides out and the battery lite said low it wasnt charged, my thoughts are the same wile plugged in it should keep the battery charged and while driving charge also im not sure where im loosing battery loss at, will have to have it checked, just took the monty to storage so will have to check the next time i go. yes i do disconnedt the battery while in storage with the battery disconnect switch

okierver: Undoubtedly the fuse controlling the 12V RV Charge line in your Ford truck is blown. The TV should charge the battery in your RV as you drive down the road. I don't know exactly where the fuse is in a 2003 Ford (7.3 motor I assume) but my sister has one and I could find out if needed.
