About a month ago I received a package with new washers and spacers to mount the handle on the shower door. I didnt need them since the whole enclosure has been replaced after it shattered all over me, many small cuts on the hands and arms.

I believe it is just the Big Sky, but you can call Customer Service at Keystone, and they will verify your Vin# to see if your unit is involved. Kerry

Stiles, Keystone did not send out a notice that I am aware of, they just sent out the repair parts to the address that they have on file. It consisted of 2 new bolt and more plastic washers. My dealer did call me and told me that Keystone was going to send it out and I received it about a month ago. It was an easy fix.

My dealer knew nothing about the recall....but thanks to the forum I brought them up to date and got our repair parts last week.
