Before I break it......

I Googled how to remove the screen from the fantastic vent. It said to just pull.....hard. Is this true? Time to clean the vent screens.

Yep you got it,I just did both of mine PULL HARD on the pull lip, I thought I was going to break mine too but off it came ,it does go on ALOT easier

They pop out hard, which is why they're not on the floor after every trip, I guess. They do snap back in tight and secure.
