Help - Norcold Refrigerator fans not working

I have a Norcold model #1210 that we noticed warming up in the refrigerator area (so far freezer is holding). Checked the 2 fans on the outside rear of refrig - they are not working. The fins on the top & the thermosensor in the bottom are REALLY HOT. Of course, customer support is not open Saturday.

Any help would be appreciated. Bud

Has anyone bypassed the Thermostatic Fan Switch? I don't think it's the thermister inside the fridge as it tested fine. With neither fan working, I'm thinking it's the Thermostatic Fan Switch.

They say to unplug the thermostatic and turn the frig up 8 or 9. If the frig begins to work then it's the thermoststic.
Just unplug the thermostatic from the light foxture & you should be good to go.
Also be sure nothing is blocking the air flow outsid eon the frig.

Disconnect the two thermo fan switch wires and jumper them together. The fans will run constant after that and hopefully cool the fridge from there, if not of course you have another problem.

Thanks, Darwin. That did the trick until new Fan switch comes. Bud

Have a 1210 that did the same thing. Turned it off for a week, turned it back on and it worked. Long story short..it was "case saturation" and after the second time, the unit was replaced.
