Ancaster Ontario Canada campgrounds

Does any of our good friends North of the border know of any good campgrounds in and around Ancaster, Ontario? We have friends we want to visit in late June or early July. Any and all help is welcome.

It is about 20 miles from Ancaster to Fifty Point Conservation Area where we stayed last June. It is a wonderful park, right on Lake Ontario. We have friends from Ontario who came out in their motor home to be with us for several days. You might know them as OntMont and Donna. Great friends and great park--which they recommended. I heartily recommend it to you, if that's not too far.

BTW, Larry, this was our first visit to Niagara Falls. We came up through Ohio and Michigan and crossed into Canada at Port Huron/Sarnia. This is a much better place to cross than Detroit.

We also visited Montana friends Carol and Al at our overnight camp on Lake Erie. We first met John (OntMont) and Donna, and Carol and Al, in the Texas Valley at a Montana gathering. We have had both couples to stop overnight with their Montanas here at our home in East Texas.

We had a delightful visit to Ontario, and if you have any questions about visiting Canada I might be able to help.
