West Phoenix Area

We are going to be in the Suprise- Goodyear Arizona area December 22. This is on the west suburb of Phoenix. There are numerous parks listed. What we need is a park that allows dogs over 40 pounds, we are not 50 yet, and have a large trailer with 3 slides. Back in is OK. Need full hookup. Wi Fi is a plus. Oh and I dont Golf.

My brother in law lives in Surprise. Been there a couple of times. Wasn't looking for parks - we stayed in Phoenix. Sorry. He lives on the golf course - or right around it. Their house has a garage for golf carts!
Happy trails........................

We stayed at Goodyear for a week a few years ago. The park is just behind the old race track. Can't remember the name of the park. I know dogs were allowed there as they had a special dog-walk area.

Rick:
We stayed at Sunflower RV Resort in Surprise in March, 2005. We had no complaints, although at that time it didn't have wi-fi. I don't know about the dog policy. It is convenient to the Texas Ranger / KC Royals spring training facility, though.

It is primarily a residential (park model) facility, but it does have spaces for transients. My chief memory of it is that it has a designated space to wash your RV.

Here are a couple more links for you. I have not personally stayed in any of these since it is kind of close to home for us but these are on the west side of Phoenix.
