Fiberglass Cracked

As I was waxing my Monte this morning I found a crack running from the top front corner of where the slide out is going up. The crack is probably 7 inches long going up to the awning. Is this something to be concerned about? I know if it leaks it is a problem so do I just silicone it and let it go? It is a 2015 Montana 3910FB. Any help would be appreciated. I am planning on one day selling my home and living in this 3910FB full time.

We have the same unit. Key question for me would be is it a superficial surface crack or a stress crack going deep into the fiberglass and if so what is the cause and will the crack spread. Can not tell for sure from your picture, but looks like more than a superficial to me. If you determine it is just a surface crack, waterproof caulking should suffice. You are right, no water damage wanted.

Cracks coming from the corner of any opening aren't a good sign as they denote a square cut opening and stress being relieved by that crack. Houses do this in window openings due to wall racking or foundation settling. Fifth wheels...more than likely framing issue with slideout stressing the wall. Good luck on the issue.
