Auto Leveling System Issue

We just bought a new 2020 3120 RL. Have only had it out a couple of times, but each time I try to use the auto leveling system (hydro.) the rig seems to be out of balance...drivers side down about 1/2 inch. Is there a reset option to the hydros? Is this something I have to take back to the dealer to get repaired? Is there an internal gyro that needs adjusting? Any suggestion/s is appreciated.

Yes, you need to do the system relevel procedure noted by lippert on their website lci1.com.

Is this what they refer to as a "zero point calibration?"

Yes, I just had to do my 2020 3121RL. Went camping, worked just fine. Came home, nose down quite a bit, so much when you went into bedroom, felt like walking downhill. Took all of 20 minutes, most of that time was spent verifying the level I wanted.
